Found is Relocating! Opening Date To Be Announced
*** FOUND is moving! After more than 15 years, we gathered all our things, moved out of Cherry Street, and are heading up the hill to SouthWorks, the name of a nearly one-million-square-foot former factory complex on South Hill.
The factory, originally-built in 1906, was used to make Tommy Planes during WWI until 1928, when BorgWarner used the site up until the early 1980s.
The site has since been abandoned until Shift Capital, a small investment firm out of Philly, bought it with plans to turn the site into an exciting mixed-use, multi-family development.
Found is very the first tenant for the project! The space is funky, industrial, bright, old-Ithaca – we think you’ll love it!
